This page lists court documents and related materials that provide a full exposition and understanding of Terri’s case.

These documents were first published in hopes of shedding light on the battle that was waged to protect this young woman from a senseless death and to restore her rights to recovery. Hopefully these public records will provide retrospective insights into what was a very long, painful, and complex case.

This page is currently being restored as more important documents are being discovered. Because of the volume of documents relating to this case, this area has always been a work-in-progress. Additions are made by volunteers.
